Thank you for shopping at Man Cave Mugs! We want to ensure your legendary new mug reaches you in perfect condition. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing & Production Time
All of our mugs are [made-to-order / printed on demand]. Please allow [5-10] business days for production and packaging before your order is dispatched.

Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

Peak Seasons: During high-demand periods (like Father’s Day or Christmas), production times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic: We ship Australia-wide.

International: We currently ship to [list countries, e.g., NZ, USA, UK]. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Man Cave Mugs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
5. Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our mugs to withstand the journey. However, if your mug arrives broken or damaged:

Please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.

We will arrange a replacement to be sent out to you immediately at no extra cost.
6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Parcels
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Man Cave Mugs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable," a re-shipping fee may apply.
