Orders & Production
How long will it take to get my mug? Because each mug is printed specifically for you when you order, please allow [3-5] business days for production. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes [5-7] business days depending on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order? We move fast! Once an order is sent to production, we cannot cancel or change the design. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please email us at [info@mancavemugs.com.au] immediately, and we will do our best to fix it before it ships.

Are these mugs dishwasher and microwave safe? Yes! Our ceramic mugs are built tough. They are 100% dishwasher and microwave safe, so the designs won't peel or fade after a wash.
What size are the mugs? Our standard "Man Cave" mugs are [11oz / 15oz]. They feature a comfortable handle and a premium finish, making them perfect for your morning brew or a desk showpiece.
Shipping & Delivery
How do I track my order? As soon as your mug is on its way, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. You can follow its journey from the printer right to your door.

Returns & Damaged Items
My mug arrived broken. What should I do? Don't worry—we’ve got you covered. If your mug arrives damaged, please take a photo of the broken item and the packaging and email it to [info@mancavemugs.com.au] within 48 hours. We will ship out a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Can I return my mug if I change my mind? Since every mug is custom-printed to order, we do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if there is a quality issue or a printing error, we will make it right!
