Returns & Refunds Policy

At Man Cave Mugs, we want you to be 100% stoked with your purchase. Because our mugs are custom-printed just for you, we handle returns and refunds based on the following guidelines:

Mockup Picture may not accurately represent the product you will recieve but we do our best to make sure it is very close. Returns will not be available for you on this basis alone.

1. Damaged or Defective Mugs (The "Arrival Guarantee")

We take pride in our packaging, but we know that sometimes the delivery process can be a bit rough. If your mug arrives cracked, chipped, or broken, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

To claim a replacement:

  • Timeframe: You must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

  • Evidence: Send an email to [info@mancavemugs.com.au] with your order number and clear photos of the damaged mug and the packaging it arrived in.

  • No need to ship it back: In most cases of breakage, we don't require you to mail the broken pieces back to us; the photos are enough for us to process your replacement.

2. Print Issues

If the design on your mug is blurry, significantly off-centre, or the wrong design entirely, please let us know. Just like with breakages, send us a photo of the issue, and we will get a corrected version out to you immediately.

3. Change of Mind

Because every mug is printed-to-order specifically for your purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" (e.g., deciding you no longer want the design or ordered the wrong size).

Note: Please double-check the specs and designs (especially technical details on our vehicle mugs) before completing your order.

4. Lost in Transit

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly. If the tracking hasn't updated in [10] business days, contact us and we will help investigate or arrange a reprint.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
